Gifted Smiles: SmileSnap

Thank you for your application to the Gifted Smiles Program. You have been invited to upload photos to demonstrate your child’s orthodontic need. Please follow the video tutorial and snap 5 pictures of your child’s teeth and submit via Rhinogram text messages +1 (314) 292-6582.  This can be done directly from your smart phone.

If you have any difficulties with the process, please reach out to [email protected] or contact 800-424-2841 x608. After your photos are reviewed by the committee, please allow 5-7 days, the Gifted Smiles coordinator will reach out to give you an update.

Tips for Great Pics:


Photo 1:

The first photo is of the front of your teeth, bite down on your back teeth, relax your lips and use two fingers to pull the sides of your mouth toe expose your teeth. If you’re taking a selfie and can’t use both hands, bite and smile big to show as many teeth as you can.

Photo 2:

The second photo is of the left side of your mouth. Bit down on your back teeth. Look to the right, relax your lips and pull your left cheek back with one finger.

Photo 3:

The third photo is of the right side of your mouth. Bit down on your back teeth. Look to the left, relax your lips and pull your right cheek with one finger.

Photo 4:

The fourth photo is of your top teeth. Open your mouth really wide and tilt back your head.

Photo 5:

The fifth photo is of your bottom teeth. Open your mouth really wide and tilt your chin down.
